With the QRing app, you get access to advanced health monitoring features. The ring monitors your heart rate around the clock, giving you a better understanding of your body's condition both during exercise and rest. The sleep monitoring function analyzes your sleep phases and duration, allowing you to identify bad habits and improve your sleep quality. In addition, the Colmi R06 measures blood oxygen saturation and stress levels, providing a complete picture of the user's health.
Versatility and functionality
The Colmi R06 offers 21 sports modes, allowing it to adapt to different activities. In addition, it measures distance traveled, calories burned, and number of steps. The QRing app also provides access to daily, weekly, and monthly activity charts, allowing you to track your progress and better manage your health.
Up to 5 days of operation
The Colmi R06 SmartRing is equipped with a 15 mAh lithium-polymer battery that provides 3-5 days of operation on a single charge. The included magnetic cable allows you to conveniently recharge the device – after about 1 hour, it will be ready for further use. You can also check the battery level on an ongoing basis using the QRing app, which eliminates the risk of unexpected discharge.
